From our little warriors ages 4-8 to our teens 9-13 our aim is to develop social skills, physical education, self defense ability and confidence building.

No Gi Grappling/Submission Grappling
Grappling without the kimono.

Women's BJJ
Women’s only classes centered on self defense.

Autism Strong Jiu Jitsu
Led by Amanda Calimbas, doctorate of physical therapy and certified autism specialist. We will provide 1 on 1 sessions and group classes depending on the need of the individual. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is great for those in the spectrum as it offers physical benefits like improved coordination and strength, and mental benefits such as enhanced focus, emotional regulation and confidence.
